Dental Implant

The gentleman’s tooth had a fractured root and the tooth could not be saved. We removed the tooth and a dental implant was placed on the same day along with a gum graft. We then fitted a porcelain crown to the implant. The ceramist managed to make the tooth look exceptionally lifelike by adding some false fracture lines. The tooth bends in with his own natural teeth. The patient always had a gap between his front teeth and he chose to keep that .
