Barbara is a partner and Business Manager at Brunswick Dental.
Originally from Buckinghamshire, Barbara moved to the North East after meeting Nigel at Sheffield University where they were both studying Dentistry.
After a short time in General Practice, Barbara has spent most of her career in the Community Dental Service. This is a referral service for adults and children who are medically compromised, phobic, or have learning or physical disabilities. In 2018 Barbara completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Conscious Sedation in Dentistry at Newcastle University.
In April 2024 Barbara decided to leave her clinical role and begin a new chapter as Business Manager for Brunswick Dental.
Barbara spends most of her time outside work with Nigel and their two daughters. She enjoys walks on the North Coast beaches, listening to podcasts, baking the girls special birthday cakes, and regularly practicing yoga and meditation.
